AM - 4. Went to Jason's Deli after. Felt odd as I used to go there all the time growing up in Texas, but being alone gave me some time to reflect on things like growing up. And how the 7.99 salad bar is a major steal. Definitely got my money's worth from that.

PM - I hit the first 1.5 miles of my tempo at under 5:10 pace and stopped there. I wasn't yet, but I knew with my current fitness, blowing up would be right around the corner. Still, surprised it was that fast!
