7 miles easy w/ strides after. My left arch killed during it. Rolled that hard, massaged it, and stretched after.
Set a PR today... 15:56. Not running. You solve every square from 1-100 in your head. It might not sound too bad, but I'm only taking criticism from those with 15:55 or better. Figuring out 89x89 in seconds takes some energy!
