I woke up at 5 to do some studying and then I was going o go running at 7. When I woke up there wasan amazing thunder storm. As I was studying the storm seemed to get worse. Finallyit came time for me to get ready to go running and the storm was really bad. Not a lot of rain, but the most lightning and thunder I have ever seen and heard. I didn't want to get hit by lightning so I thought about changing my run to around 1 pm. Then I thought "how often do I get to run in an amazing thnder/lightning storm?" SO I got ready and headed out. It was a good run. I don't know if I was running faster because I was scared of getting hit by ligthning, or if there was just more energy in the air, I didnt go a ton faster, but it was a noticably quicker pace than most of my training runs lately.

I am glad I decided to head out.
