10 miles on tm at 1.0% incline in about 1:12:30. I took this nice and easy. My legs are still a little sore from Saturdays long run, so I didn't want to do anything too stupid. my treadmill at the gym is out of order. It is the only one that is on the first row, right in line with a tv, and able to go over 1 hour without a restart. Looks like I will start running outside soon (but I have said that a few times already this year, and yet I still go to the gym everyday). |
