I am doing okay. I am trying to get off of the medication, and it is no fun. I don't think that I will be able to race on Wednesday:(, but I am planning on being back and at least running by then. Yes, Josh was the Superman...man. At that point in my day, I was just glad to see him! Thank goodness for chivalrous brothers!:)
