Ran down Hell's Hole and did hills 4x1 minute and 5x30secs. The workout itself wasn't awful. My legs did all right and I was able to work on moving my arms while going up the hills. On the way out, I had to stop because I thought I was going to throw up. I finally made it to the top of the hill, and then we slowly made our way back to the elementary school. Afterwards, while doing synchronized stretching, watching synchronized swimming, sitting on the blissfully cold floor of the rec center, and waterlogging ourselves, we (most of the girls) can say that we survived! Barely.
PM-I just went one this afternoon because I was late to practice, and I am still not up to full doubles again, especially after this morning. Thanks Coach Roberts for a nice run! |
