felt nice, really easy. Tried that new stride thing with the ankle bars! weirdly enough, it made a huge difference!
OWWWWW!!!!!! My first 7-miler, and it was a sprint workout. nice. Weightlifting yesterday didn't help much. I am so sore, especially in my shoulders and arms.
I gave blood today, and actually tried to go to vball, but I almost passed out.
