This morning's workout was 4x1000s. My splits went like this: 4:30, 4:55ish, 4:38, 4:28. I felt relatively good, considering that this was my first major speed workout in a long time. The first one was pretty good, and I started with the rest of the girls. My cooldowns were too slow, which caused me to run the last one by myself. I (cheesy as this sounds) had to keep telling myself that I wasn't going to die, so I might as well push hard. All in all, it was a good workout! |
