I feel so terribly bad about not running yesterday or Wednesday, but I ran today up on Cedar Mountain during Girl's Camp, and it was gorgeous.  The altitude made it way hard ( I am sure that it didn't have anything to do with the quality of food I have eaten over the last couple of days) but Susan and I were able to bond and love it!  So very fun!

Aw, I was planning on running up there with everyone on Friday, but transportation arrangements didn't really work out :(
