4x3 minute repeats with 3 min recovery. I am way sore from weights yesterday. This was sort of a messed up run. We started together, but by the second one we couldn't hear the timer, so we went too far. Coach let us borrow his watch, so we were able to finish that accurately (ish). Coach's inspirational speech almost (ALMOST) made me want to do one more repeat so I could show that my pain threshold isn't really as low as it seems. Ah well. I will just kick it in the butt tomorrow. |
