Life Lesson: NEVER run in 111 degree heat after fasting all day. I was just so weak and tired when I started, it just got worse. At least it is over though. Weight lifting helped to push me and congrats to Hunter Kimzey, the newest record holder for planks at 5 minutes.
This morning was okay and I enjoyed the new route, but that hill was awful. Once we got over that it was ok. |
