AM-easy 3

PM-5.5 with  a huge workout that is too long to type.  My thirty second repeats went well.  Kaelie wasn't there yet so I was able to lead out and to run hard.  I stayed with Kaelie and Chancie on the 800s; times were 3:26 and 3:24.  Thousands were hard.  We did the Indian Run with the Level One and some Twos for the first one.  Then most of them stopped because they only had one, so Kaelie and I finished together.  I was able to stay right with her for the last two!  She wasn't feeling that great, but that is completely besides the point.:)

Great job ERIN! Way to push up with Kaelie! Just keep working at it! And it will come to you! Trust me!

You are doing great. Other people see the effort you put in, and they will feed off of that.
