Long run with a fartlek workout incorporated. 30 minutes easy. 1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1 minute intervals with 1-1-2-2-3-2-2-1 minute recoveries. Finished with a marathon paced mile. 7:34, 7:06, 7:16, 7:01, 6:41, 6:38, 6:42, 6:34, 6:18, 6:35, 6:31, 6:21. 6:46 average. I like the workout within the longer run. It makes the run go quickly. |
