Ran over by Howards, then up the La Verkin Overlook Trail.  Got up to the top and then stretched.  Man, I was feeling tight, hips, back, legs.  I felt a little better coming back down.  Total distance was 6 miles, with the first 2 really tough climbing.  I'm really feeling fat and out of shape right now, probably because I am.

Basketball this morning.  My thumb is still really jacked up from jamming it a few weeks ago.  So today I just ran up and down the court, caught the ball with one hand and didn't shoot much.

Ran over to 300 West then down to Pah Tempe and back home. 4.34, then did another .66 on the treadmill to make it an even 5.
