Good, but challenging run/workout this morning. I did the Overlook Loop hiking up to the Overlook starting from the Howard's side. It was really slow going up and I had to stop many times, however once I got up on top I felt pretty good and then coming down I was able to run most of the way, which was an improvement. I was happy with the workout, however now a day later I'm feeling really sore in my lower back, I must have used muscles that haven't been used in some time.
Run put me at 20 miles for the week which is the most I've had this year.
