30 minutes on the exercise bike.
Short walk and 30 minutes on the bike. Still dealing with PF issues in my left foot.
2 mile run to the #13 tee box and back to the gym, then 7 machines, and then I came home and did a 2 mile walk.
1 mile at the gym, bike ride, and 2 mile walk.
Basketball this morning
2 mile walk. This past week wasn't that great, lots of issues with PF pain in my left foot.
