I live in La Verkin, Utah. My wife, Sunny and I have 3 boys and 1 special little girl I teach 7th grade Utah History at Hurricane Intermediate School and Driver's Education at Millcreek High School.

2 miles on the treadmill, did Sprint 8 Workout, then 12 machines, then went and helped a family member with a large yard project.
1 mile walk with the dog then it got too hot. 2 miles from the gym to hole #13 (10:05 avg) 2 mile walk.
2 mile walk.
3 mile run from the gym down through Sky Mountain. 9:27 pace. Did weights.
Basketball 2 hours.
30 minutes on the bike at the gym. 4 mile walk.
