9 miles with Bill and Scott out to Sandhollow to watch the Ironman swim.  I felt pretty good coming back from the dam.  Came home then did a 3 mile loop down through Pah Tempe.  Decided to do another 2 miles when I saw Ben Ashcraft running up the Twist.
