I have really struggled this spring with allergies. Today was no different, just a lot of coughing and a struggle to be outside. I ended up not running, hopefully I will feel better tomorrow.

7 painfully slow miles. I did the Valley Academy loop right after school and it was pretty hot outside. I didn't feel very good, but hey at least I got some miles in. Still struggling with a cough and allergies.

I will call this the Tractor Supply Loop. I ran out on 600 North and then came back on State Street, this was my longest run of the year and also my highest mileage week of the year. I felt pretty good for most of the run, even though I was fighting a strong headwind for much of the run.
