Went to bed really hungry, then got up and played basketball for over an hour. Got home and weighed 150. The weight is coming off, just taking some time. The workout this afternoon is supposed to be Pah Tempe Hill repeats, so we'll see how that goes.
Did hill repeats, didn't really feel that good, but managed to do 5 which was 2 more than last time 2 miles warm-up 1-2:16 didn't want the first one to be too fast
