Absolutely beautiful afternoon, perfect for a run however my wife had different plans for me and I ended up taking Jansen for most of the afternoon, we went on a fun hike and went and practiced his golf swing a little.  I then had to teach a merit badge to the scouts tonight, and finally got my run in late tonight.  It wasn't much just an easy 5 miles.
