Went to bed really hungry, then got up and played basketball for over an hour. Got home and weighed 150. The weight is coming off, just taking some time. The workout this afternoon is supposed to be Pah Tempe Hill repeats, so we'll see how that goes.

Did hill repeats, didn't really feel that good, but managed to do 5 which was 2 more than last time

Good luck on the weight control. I know that has to been tough. Your doing great on your workouts. Keeps focusing on the goals you've set for yourself and you'll succeed.

Have a great workout this afternoon.

Ah, Pah Tempe...that was pretty much my favorite hill workout in cross country. :) You'll have legs of steel if you keep doing that.

The sand dunes out by sand hollow are good too if you ever get a chance to run out that way. Just be careful of the 4 wheelers.

Great job on the work out! Did you ever hear if we are on for next Saturday? I am still planning on it if you guys are.
