I teach 7th grade Utah History at Hurricane Intermediate School and Driver's Education at Millcreek High School.
Did 5 miles down past the gravel pit then over to Trail Ridge Subdivision and then back up to Farmer's Market. I did something to my right knee on the run twisted it or something because after the run I was dealing with knee pain most of the night.
