I live in La Verkin, Utah. My wife, Sunny and I have 3 boys and 1 special little girl
I teach 7th grade Utah History at Hurricane Intermediate School and Driver's Education at Millcreek High School.
Basketball this morning, next few weeks get pretty busy with Driver's Education and a few trips to Salt Lake.
Did the La Verkin loop, fairly fast pace felt good.

Dave- the bball is going good, been a nice little break from running all the time. I'm still struggling with PF issues. Can't go into much detail about the trips to Salt Lake, I'll have to tell you guys about it on a run some time.
