Club run 6.8 mile loop out on Snow Canyon Parkway to the ball fields, then over to Lava Flow and back on Sunset. Took it easy the first two miles warming up the calf, then worked to hang with Hooper, Olsen, and Rich. Once on Sunset I slowed down a bit. But overall, a pretty good run considering my calf injury. It happened just over a week ago, and seems to be getting better, but still tender and so I'm trying to be cautious. Average was 7:33 pace. Stratus-63 |
