Good morning of basketball, lots of running. Planning on doing a tempo run this afternoon. Hopefully a total of 10-12 miles. Didn't do the tempo run, instead did a 10.5 mile loop up along 600 North Trail to the golf course, then back on the Highway to Hurricane, past the park then home. Time 1:23:35 Average pace was 7:57, legs were sore, especially calves. Might do a couple more miles tonight with Sunny.

Bill, I will have my pool fired up soon. Well have to get a blog BBQ and swim party going! But, Bull I also have a no speedo policy, don't even think about it. Dustin, good job on the running. You will be lookin good for Ogden!

good luck with that 10 mile run tonight. I think i will try the same! what pace should i go for. what do you suggest. should i mix it up one fast one slow?
