I teach 7th grade Utah History at Hurricane Intermediate School and Driver's Education at Millcreek High School.
Ran from my school out around 1500 West and then back 5.5 miles just under 8 min pace. Nice afternoon took my shirt off and tried to get a little sun. Basketball this morning. I wore some old Asics Speedstars not good on the feet.
