Pretty decent run this morning on the Dogtown Half Course. I had never been on part of the trail, so that was fun running somewhere new for a change. I actually felt a lot better than I did at the St. George Half two weeks ago and my splits were quite a bit better. I think if I would have pushed it a little harder at the end and ran 1 more mile I would have been about 4 minutes faster than my race time from two weeks ago.
