Hate time changes of all sorts, but it was indeed nice being able to see where I was running at 0630 this morning. Gonna run the next two or three mornings as well, then it will become challenging as we jump on a cruise ship for ten days. I am treadmill-phobic, but the wogging trail on upper deck is supposedly 6 laps to mile - not too bad. By Friday, I should be down 15 lbs since mid Aug - thatll work. Another 15 fat loss and 10 muscle added and we are good to go.
