| Cold. Went tio the 5 Rivers Trials where the dams are. I have not been motivated lately and that is an understatement. So I went to the toughest trails by my house, I knew I would have to focus or risk tripping. Seem to pay off as I enjoyed my run.

I dogged #10, but then pushed my legs for to at least give effort until the end. 90-112 . Interesting thing is I have been seeing skunks out lately so this was totally a different direction and yet another skunk was in the middle of the field. Happy I wore the headlamp so he did not sneak attack me.

| Back from vacation. Relapse of illness and had to go to urgent care. Minimal running and plenty of antibiotics. Family had a good time so that is what is important. I started feeling at least bit better over the weekend while we were at universal. Youngest daughter is a huge Stranger Things fan so we enjoyed that event.
My teeth still hurt when I run, but I am at least able. 6 AM 4 PM, all easy. Back to work tomorrow.
