tried something new by taking CTM about an hour prior to running. I also started really slow and then did a latter workout after 3 miles of warm-up. total time 89:02. splits 10:19, 10:05, 9:54, 9:25, 9:30, 9:45, 9:54, 9:41, 10:30.
a fwe hours later rode the bike for 35 minutes with Beth.
