ran in racing flats. t rack work-out. GPS was not accurate on the track. so although I ran 7.14 I will credit only 7 miles . with stop watch I got 61:22. I did 6 x 800 with 1 lap recovery in between each 800. splits 11:38, 3:42.05 (2:30.46), 3:41.21 (2:27.17), 3:42.79 (2:32.21), 3:40.52 (2:35.35), 3:38.46 (2:41.60), 3:38.42 (2:43.34)12:10. for GPS I got 61:22 splits 9:44, 8:22, 7:35, 7:47, 8:20, 8:24, 9:50, 1:20
