total time 65:45. plan was easy run and speed up last 0.3 miles. feeling better... I am wondering if some of my symptoms were related to salt imbalance. I was not feeling totally fine Sunday but noticed I felt much better after eating some salted pumpkin seeds. today I had gatorade after the run and feel better. splits 9:32, 9:24, 9:21, 9:28, 9:30, 9:26, 9:05. average HR 127
