| 7x800... 2 mile warm-up on the street and then 7x800 on the treadmill. 800 at 9.4 mph (6:22) with 400 recovery. Not a bad workout.

| Lunch time run in the heat & humidity. It was tough but I did good... Didn't over-heat this time. Ave pace 7:47
This evening i Ran 7 mph on the treadmill with a 30 sec fartlek every 400. The first mile the fartlek speed was 8.0 mph and the second mile was 8.5 mph. This was a good warm up before yoga class.

| Ran to work. It was very humid along the river trail. Feeling a little sore & tired. Ave 8:05 pace.
Ran home from work. First 4 miles was at marathon goal pace. I dragged my butt home the last 2 miles. It was so hot and humid!

| Easy run around bloomington and the dixie ctr. It is so humid. The underground weather says it is 60% humidity. That's high for a desert rat like me that is use to under 20%. Ave 7:50 pace

| Red Rock Relay... leg 1 (4.6 miles)
I ran from navajo lake to the top of mtn. It rained, blew, and the elevation killed!! I have run this leg many times in past relays. This was my fastest time yet. Dry heaved and cramped up as usual. Pace 8:11
Leg 2 (4.6miles)
Ran from mtn meadow to central on hwy 18. First mile uphill and the rest was a nice gradual down. The pace was easy to hold at 6:20.

Ran through hurricane to la verkin. First 2 miles was steep uphill then easy down and flat. Pace 7:43
This evening I ran an easy 5 miles. I think I broke my left big toe tonight playing sand volleyball. This really sucks!!!! So close to st george marathon.

| Easy 7.2 mile run with Hooper and Jeff. Love the cooler temps. Toe felt great today!
This afternoon the family and I hiked 4 miles. This evening I ran 8.1 more miles with john and brian. We ran a nice 7:30 pace on the virgin river trail.

| This run finishes my 24 hr set. I wanted about 26 mile accumulative... 7.2 + 8.1 + 10.3 = 25.6 miles. I'm tired but I feel good! I should throw in the 4 mile hike with my kids but that was recovery.
