Ran 5.4 on the bloomington loop at 7:25 pace average. Today it was 100% humidity but with a nice gentle rain. Ran 3 more TM miles back at the gym with some weight lifting. Total ave pace 7:43

Ran another 4.6 miles this evening. Much cooler this evening. Nice run. 7:45 pace
