I'm on the road tomorrow so I did my long run this morning. Cathy dropped me off 12mi from home. She came back up from home and met me with only 4 miles left and ran back with me. Nice early morning. Full moon out. No lights required!

I ate 2 Carl's Jr breakfasts on my way to work! haha
