Treadmill. Very relaxed effort, but still kind of tired from yesterday. Had my blood drawn for testing for the 6th time this year yesterday...
Easy 90 minutes with a fast finish. Besides being a little tired, it's been a good 3 days of running so far.

6 at estimated marathon pace, with a fast finish. Still getting used to this again. I also have this weird discomfort in my right shoulder area whenever I breathe in deeply or lay down.
