Tried to go fast again today like yesterday. "Fast" this year is very different from last year, but I am grateful I can still run. I honestly wasn't sure what was going to happen back in April/May.

Had in-town training for work today. Rode my bike there. It was nice, but I am not used to it and am pretty saddle-sore.

I almost didn't go out this morning. I felt very sluggish for the first few miles, but for some reason I was going much faster than usual. I even have the path measured where I ran, so I know it wasn't a GPS fluke. Anyways, I got pretty excited about that and held it for an hour. Easily one of my best shorter runs this year, considering how easy it felt.

Biked to work again today. Still saddle-sore.
