Easy running, but I probably shouldn't have done it at all. My shin is bugging me a lot more after Saturday's trail run.
4 miles on the treadmill at Gold's Gym. 1000' in elevation change. This didn't bother my shin, but even a slight quick step towards a jog created a noticeable discomfort.
Easy lunch time run at work. I took some time off for my shin and I think it is paying off. Today felt great and in control.
