2x(2T,2min),2x(3minV02max,2min).1.5minV02, builder. It started as a great workout. Had to tone it down halfway through. I just haven’t been doing enough hard paces lately and need to transition. I am content with half a good workout, as it is much better than a full workout that takes too long to recover or causes injury. (12.5 in 1:30:15)
