Short early treadmill run before driving out to work. One episode of Nadiya's Time to Eat. Not my favorite cooking show, but it's enjoyable. (2.4 miles)
A really great run at lunch time. Ran on a 0.4 mile loop that is very flat. Sped up along the way. I was pushing myself a little bit at the end, but it wasn't intense. Averaged 8:15/mile, which is amazing right now. The best part is that I'm writing this the next morning and I still feel fine!
