20 second run today. I was going to see if I could do a mile run around the neighborhood. The first 5 seconds felt fine, then the back of my pelvis started to get painful.

Hope your hip begins to heal Donald! Injuries can be difficult and frustrating. Are you implementing any cross-training, such as cycling or rowing? I know right now it is tough, because of gyms being closed down.

I hope so too! I have been doing some pretty simple calisthenics in my home before anyone else wakes up. Besides that, nothing. I've been taking advantage of this time to get ahead in school, and also transition to this 50% work-at-home situation. It is still a tricky balancing act for me and my kids.

Sorry about the continuation of the injury hope you can get it resolved soon. Hard when you cannot necessary go get help for it right now either.
I am 100% telework from home, much harder than I thought with 4 adults stumbling over each other 24/7. Home used to be my time away from work, now they are on top of each other which sucks. Plus I truly miss the face to face interaction (I am old, and old school on this topic). Tough telling my children that I am working when they want to come ask me something or spend time when they are free.

Jeff, my work is very difficult to do from home, so I am still on-site more than most (50%). The other 50% has been a big transition for everyone in my home. My 1 y/o toddles around the house calling my name on the days I am in the office, since he is thinking I might be hiding somewhere. My 4 y/o gets very sad sometimes when I'm unable to play with her. I also don't have a space to use for a personal office. All in all, however, things are improving every day as we get used to this.
The hardest part for me is blending work life with home life. The hour long bus ride has always effectively divided those two parts of my life, and one never had to worry about the other. Now it is much more confusing.

I hear you about the work/life balance while working at home it has been a challenging for me with a 20 and 17 year old, can only imagine how more difficult it is with younger children.
Praying for your hip recovery, safety and sanity to help find patience and grace and and end to this challenge in our world. God's blessings for you in the upcoming week.

Kinda late, but I wish you the very best.m this week as well. Hopefully I can get a mile or two in this week, but if not, then that’s more time with family!
