Ugh, I don't know how you nail all these runs in the AM like this! I really have to work on my mental capacity for waking up before work. Nice run!

It’s been slow progress towards this habit. But I really honestly have no other good time to fit quality running into my day now. Fridays are the only good days to run at work, and I get home at 5:30 after not seeing my family since the night before. So I would say my main motivation is necessity!
