AM- my legs were a little tight on the run but it wasn't to bad. we went 3m with 4x200.
PM- I ran 7m with 30 min tempo. I stuck up with some guys but, than I fell a way at 20 mins in to the temp because of my leg than I caught up again and finished it. I also did the run a thon and I ran about 4.5 to 5.5 during the run a-thon. |
