Long run from home. Great sunny morning for a run. The temp started out in the mid 40's and no wind. I tried to run at a steady pace, but slowed way down on the hills. Pace - 8:01

Great run and a very nice pace. It was a great day for a run. You are building good mileage and should be ready to go for Missoula.
