| | am- 4 miles/ 30 min E. Good morning and Alli is giving "hanging out" advice to Bentley Cox in Portuguese.
pm- 5.5 miles/ 45 min, Master Blasters (8x200s in relay-type style). Great workout today. We had Master-Blasters today. I went to the bathroom right after the warmup so I wasnt on a quick team which was just fine. So I was doing catch-up on all but the last set of 2. The last set we had to make new teams cause some of the girls dropped out. So my new team was Skylar, Jason and I and we dominated!! We won by a good 3 seconds. That was also good cause then I got to experience trying to catch people like in the end of a race for the first few sets and the last set was practice for keeping a lead. Good day and yah.
DEFINITION OF THE DAY: Footbag- A small round bag filled with plastic pellets or other material and used in games that require its being kept aloft with the feet. This is in honor of me and Andrew going to the Mall after practice today and getting footbags aka hacky sacks AKA Sepa!! Such a beast thing to do 'yal, you should try it. I thank my bro Bryan Loya for showing me the ways;)

| | am- 4 miles/ 30 min E. Good morning and it was warm this morning? We got weird weather down here.
pm- 3.8 miles/ 30 min E. Nice chill run out and around the neighborhoods of my stake. Pretty beast. It was sooooooooooooooooooooo freakin cold today!! I didn't bring a jacket to wear so it was even worse. I came home and ate a nice bowl of chicken vegetable soup and that warmed me up.
DEFINITION OF THE DAY: Superstition- excessively credulous belief in and reverence for supernatural beings. Today's word is superstition because I have, for the second time, lost my hacky-sack a day after I purchased it. This time it was because Andrew kicked it onto the top of the school. Such a bummer but oh well, when gives ya lemons, make some lemonade. Or take it to Chick-fil-a and have them make it into some delicious lemonade!

Swag Dirt Race Extravaganza of Wonderment and Understanding vs. DHHS XC (2 Miles) 00:10:14, Place overall: 7 | | am- 4 miles/ 30 min E. Good morning and the girls tried to scare us guys. They failed, badly.
pm- 5.4 miles/ Swag Dirt Race Extravaganza of Wonderment and Understanding vs. DHHS XC, warm/cool. Good race today with the hills dudes. Oh man, Im just gonna say that you Dhills guys are super beast. That surge at the mile mark was legit. I was not happy at first since dhills perfect scored but then I heard my time and I was satisfied. But I know what I should have done better so it was a good learned experience.

| | am- 7.85 miles trail run. So I drove out to the Washington overpass and ran Grapevine trail. I was going on it for a while and then it ended but then I got to Bracken's Loop. I had never ran on that before so I went on that for a bit and then the trail disappeared! So I just cut through the desert and back over to the Grapevine Trail. When I got there, this dude was running and stopped and asked about what was ahead on the trail. He ended just going back with me. Turns out this guy was Dan Crooker, and he was a beast runner and still is!! It was cool talking to him about people he coached and also his running. Good day and yeah.
