am- 4 miles/ 30 min E. Good morning, and Carson was sleep-running;)

pm- 12 miles/ 85 min w/ 2x(1,2,1 min farkleks with 4 min rec.) and striders and weights. It is a great day to be a panther! haha oh boy, I have just been having fun with school so far. Life is great, I just wanna say. Anywho, todays run was a toughy, but good for my body in the long run.... hehehe get it? hehe alright so we did the usual run out across the bridge and to treasure park and back. Tons better than last time weather wise! And something awesome happened today..... I found a super nice water bottle on the side of the road, so I obiviously snagged it and now have cleaned it out to be used tomorrow! That just made my day. The fartleks were tough cause my legs were sore, but it was good. Did some weights after and that was awesome cause I matched my reps record and I also did some dips which I didn't even know I could do them! Oh and I check my weight and I lost 3 pounds.... idk if that is a good thing or not. oh well

WORD OF THE DAY: today's word is "bottle" because of the beast water-bottle that I found. A Bottle is a container which holds liquids. Ex: When I was a baby, I drank from a bottle.

am- 4 miles/ 30 min E. Good morning, and Andrew was struggling even though we were already going slow

pm- 3.85 miles/ 30 min E. Oh the weather today was definitely sent from heaven!! So awesome to have cloud cover for the first time in like 3 weeks? idk it has been so long. We ran through the neighborhoods and looped it over by the middle schoolhouse and back through some more stuff. I found a shopping cart and I was pushing it back to the high school since we were just down the street but I got tired so I just left it for the level 2 guys who pushed it a lil' farther and then they left it. Wow oh well. Great day and I am still loving life! Things are goin well with this bae in my grade. We will see where that goes

WORD OF THE DAY: the word on the street today is gotta be "pass" cause that is what happened when I took my first test in Coach Holt's APUSH class. Oh yeah!! To pass is the act of going beyond a certain mark. Ex: I hope I pass the next few tests in Language Arts or I will get kicked out of honors (true story).

am- 4 miles/ 30 min E. Good morning, and the discussion on "if i can do it, it will happen" was goin. Wow it was really intense. I say we should all join debate after that!

pm- 7.25 miles/ 55 min Time Trial with 2x800s @race pace with 3 min rec. Great race for the team and I! So the humidity was a little more than usual and the temp was a lil' lower. The race gets going and it is just pack and rotate leads. We did really well. I felt great so the last lap coming back up the park, Nick was starting to pull ahead so I went after him and that brought the whole pack in. Then on the hill right by the parking lot I pushed real good cause that was where Nick left me in the dust last time. And this time I came out in front and then I just took off and held off Andrew and won it. My time was 10:28.04 which was a 22 second PR and our 1-5 split was 8 seconds. Pretty cool stuff today and I am just getting excited for Herriman to see what we can do against the 5A teams there. Oh and the workout after went good too.

WORD OF THE DAY: "bye" because I gotta go to sleep. Bye is a parting or farewell word. Ex: Bye.

pm- 5.55 miles/ 45 min E trail run. Today we did my fav trail run, Prospector!! I scared Andrew in the long tunnel. It was pay back for the last time we were in there:) Wow hot day though, I am glad it was just a 45 minute run. Good day and yeah.

am- 4 miles/ 30 min E. Good morning, and its friday. Finally.

pm- 3.8 miles/ 30 min E barefoot grass-run with weights afterward. Grass run at Sandstone. The girls found a foam football and the freshy guys stole it so the whole time we were running it was a battle for the ball. The guys obviously won, just before the time ran out. So beast. Weights after was good, I got a scare from doing squats for the first time in a while when after my hip flexer was feeling way tight and I was hurting bad.

am- 8 miles/ 55 min hilly run with striders. We met at the Sullivan park and ran up the road and over to the parkway road. Once we got to the top we flipped and came back on the side trail and went through Hell's Hole and yeah. The run felt good. I am sore from yesterday doing weights, but its good. Striders were good. Life is good.

Car wash wid the team was beast and that was the busiest car wash I have ever been to....ever!
