| | am- Trail run today with the team, Suicidal Tendencies to be exact! That trail run was seriously beast. I didn't even feel that tired honestly. At the view point we saw Shinob Kibe's identical twin! It was just the best run ever. yeah thats a wrap

| | am- first morning run and I felt pretty dang good. We went out a good distance and yeah.
pm- Repeats was the word on the track! it was just 85% today so my goal time was 5:39. Andrew and I were right at the same thing so that worked out nicely. We hit 5:38, 5:35, and finished with a 5:31! I really wanted to go with Nick up front but Andrew told me I was going way to fast so I calmed down. I was just really excited for our first workout!

| | pm- Sullivan park river trail. I had to take a dump at the park so the guys left me and I caught up to them at the turn around heading back. The board walk is soo dope! Striders after but my foot was hurting so I didn't do all of them

| | am- I was like half asleep for about 1/3 of the morning run today. I didnt get much sleep, shame on me. Good run tho
pm- We did tempo on the track. That was really weird, cause it was a tempo....on the track! I felt a little sluggish with my feet picking up but felt good overall. The pace was 5:40 for 15 minutes. we got 10 and a little laps in. 6.52 miles total.

| | pm- Ice House trail run!! I love ice house even tho it is death up that dang hill. On top is seriously amazing...besides all the dumb rocks you have to run on. Great run, its too bad that only Andrew, Preston, Nick, Jake, me, and coach were the ones who went out all the way. oh yeah I tripped on the fence we jump over and that was embarrassing.

| | pm- I went down on the virgin river trail and did my LT tempo there. My goal pace was 5:30. I decided to do two sessions of 7 and a half minute intervals. I was 5:35 pace on the first and 5:25 on the second. I was really feelin good tho. after the tempo, not so much. I got home and was at 50 minutes so I took the dog out for a run to finish off the 60 minutes.
