pm- I went down on the virgin river trail and did my LT tempo there. My goal pace was 5:30. I decided to do two sessions of 7 and a half minute intervals. I was 5:35 pace on the first and 5:25 on the second. I was really feelin good tho. after the tempo, not so much. I got home and was at 50 minutes so I took the dog out for a run to finish off the 60 minutes.
