am- first morning run and I felt pretty dang good. We went out a good distance and yeah.
pm- Repeats was the word on the track! it was just 85% today so my goal time was 5:39. Andrew and I were right at the same thing so that worked out nicely. We hit 5:38, 5:35, and finished with a 5:31! I really wanted to go with Nick up front but Andrew told me I was going way to fast so I calmed down. I was just really excited for our first workout!
